We work hard to keep ChatterHub secure, private and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, or that every message or call will be delivered. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
A.I answers
Answers from Masa — and from Noesis when it arrives — may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always check important information yourself, and never rely on an A.I answer for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Other people and other services
You use ChatterHub to interact with other people, and we are not responsible for what they say, share or do — including stokvel contributions and bill splits you agree between yourselves. Some parts of the Service rely on others: Google Play and Paystack for payments, Twilio for SMS codes, GIPHY for GIFs, and the networks between you and us. Their availability is outside our control. To the extent the law allows, you release ChatterHub, its directors, employees and partners from claims arising out of disputes with other users or third parties.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
