What you agree to
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ChatterHub, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and partners from any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or of any law, or your violation of someone else's rights — including intellectual-property and privacy rights — and, once ChatterPay opens, from payments you initiate.
How it works
We will tell you promptly about any claim this covers, let you control the defence with counsel we reasonably approve, and cooperate at your cost. We may take over the defence of any matter that could affect ChatterHub as a whole. This section survives the end of your account and of these Terms, and applies only to the extent consumer-protection law allows.
